The 14-Night Rebuild is Moksha’s most recommended program — and for good reason.

It is suited to guests experiencing chronic fatigue, digestive disorders, inflammatory conditions, sleep disturbances, hormonal imbalance, or the accumulated weight of sustained stress. It is chosen by those who recognise that real recovery doesn’t happen in a weekend.

Fourteen nights is the minimum time required to move through the three essential stages of Ayurvedic healing: preparation, treatment, and early stabilisation. Below this threshold, the body begins the work but cannot consolidate it.

This is the program our physicians recommend first, for most guests.

WHAT THE FOURTEEN NIGHTS FOCUS ON

The first four to five nights are preparatory — the body is assessed, constitution confirmed, and the digestive and nervous systems brought into readiness.

From night five onward, therapeutic work deepens: Panchakarma therapies are introduced progressively, tissues begin to release accumulated toxins, and the body’s natural intelligence starts to reassert itself.

By the final days, the emphasis shifts to restoration — nourishing what has been cleared, stabilising energy, and building the foundation for what comes after Moksha.

The intention is not acceleration, but integration that lasts.

The rhythm of the Rebuild is steady and progressive. Treatments are more layered than the 7-night program — each session builds on the last, guiding the body through genuine therapeutic sequencing rather than individual sessions.

Meals are structured precisely to support each phase of detoxification while maintaining your strength.

Each guest receives a daily private consultation with our Ayurvedic doctor, typically 30–45 minutes. Your program evolves day by day based on how your body responds.
