At Moksha Wellness Bali, we do not believe in “one-size-fits-all” wellness. Every human body is a unique landscape of energies, known in Ayurveda as Doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha). To restore balance, we must first understand your unique biological blueprint.

Before a single drop of oil is poured or a single herb is picked from our 17-hectare organic farm, you will meet with our resident Ayurvedic Physician for a deep, private consultation on day of your arrival.

Our Doctor-led approach combines 5,000 years of traditional wisdom with modern clinical observation. Your initial 90-minute consultation is a comprehensive audit of your physical, mental, and emotional state.

MORNING DETOX

Begin the day with a sequence of therapeutic juices and herbal preparations prescribed by your Ayurvedic practitioner. Depending on your programme, this may include lemon and ginger water, celery juice, dragon fruit juice, turmeric shots or herbal infusions.

FIRST THERAPY

Your first treatment of the day helps prepare the body for cleansing and healing. This may include personalised therapies designed around your treatment goals.

Followed by a nourishing Ayurvedic breakfast.

CONSULTATION & CARE

Meet with your Ayurvedic doctor for a daily review. Progress is assessed and your programme refined to ensure every treatment remains aligned with your needs.

This is followed by a personalised therapy such as Abhyanga or other prescribed treatments.

NOURISHMENT

A freshly prepared Ayurvedic lunch supports digestion and recovery while complementing your individual treatment plan.

REST & INTEGRATION

Time for Yoga Nidra, relaxation or simply retreating to the privacy of your room. These quiet hours allow the body to absorb the benefits of treatment.

RESTORE & EXPLORE

Enjoy additional therapies or spend time walking through the surrounding farmland, reading, journaling or embracing the stillness of the highlands.

EVENING STILLNESS

Guests are invited to join an optional silent meditation session before the evening meal.

EVENING NOURISHMENT

A light Ayurvedic dinner is served to support digestion and prepare the body for overnight restoration.

DEEP REST

Sleep is considered one of the most powerful therapies. Surrounded by the cool mountain air of Pelaga, each night supports the body's natural process of repair and rejuvenation.

1. PREPARE DAYS 1–5

We begin by preparing your body and mind for deep cleansing. Through gentle therapies, herbal support and a personalised diet, your system is primed to release and reset.

2. CLEANSE DAYS 6–14

This is the heart of Panchakarma. Targeted therapies eliminate toxins, balance doshas and restore harmony at a deep cellular level.

3. RESTORE DAYS 15–21

Your body begins to heal and rebuild. Nourishing foods, rejuvenating therapies and deep rest restore strength, energy and inner balance.

4. REJUVENATE DAYS 22–28

We integrate and elevate your results with rejuvenating therapies, herbal rasayanas and personalised guidance for long-term vitality and wellbeing.
